Especially for FFWD wheels (regardless of age) we offer a unique check-up service to keep your wheels in the best possible shape.

This is what's included in the check-up:

Check and optimize spoke tension
Service hubs and bearing replacement
Polishing of the rim surface

(Optional: replacement of spokes, axle(s) or the cassette body)

Send the wheels to our headquarters (shipping at your own expense)
As soon as we receive the wheels, we will start to service them
After the first check, you will receive a status update e-mail from us with an overview of optional services
We're starting to bring your wheels back in top condition
We will send your wheels back to you within one week! (without extra shipping costs)

Opsturen en super snel weer de weg op. Top service!

Check up service is een aanrader!

De wielen opgestuurd. De volgende dag al een mail dat ze ontvangen waren. Twee dagen later had ik ze weer in huis. Lagers vernieuwd, we kunnen er weer tegen aan!

Check-Up was precies zoals ik van FFWD gewend ben.

Check up service was goed, wielen zijn weer helemaal nagekeken. Binnen een week na verzending weer retour. De wieltas waarin ik de wielen had vervoerd was per ongeluk niet mee terug gezonden. Deze is later nog netjes na bezorgd.

Rim maintenance

It was easy maintenance for the wheels. You buy maintenance from the FFWD online store. They will tell you when you can send them to them for service. FFWD will check and service your bike and ship it back. I am very satisfied with this service.
